What are the disadvantages of unwise food choices? It is unfortunate and disturbing that many people in well off societies who have enough to eat, suffer from health disorders. It is because of overindulgence in food, or unwise choice of diets. An unbalanced diet e.g one containing too much fat. sugar can result in a variety of nutritional disorders. when junk food is consumed very often, the excess fat, simple carbohydrates, and extra amounts of sugar found in junk food. It contributes to an increased risk of obesity and many other chronic health conditions.
Obesity is very common and increasing nutritional disorder in rich countries. It resulted in hormonal disorders but the major reason is eating more food than the body needs. The excess is stored as fat in the body. However, when you eat fried foods the sheer volume of fat puts a lot of pressure on your digestive system. The greasy the effect is indirect and it starts acne which is largely caused by hormonal imbalance. so fried and oily foods cause acne by way of harming health.
SIDE EFFECTS OF OILY FOODS
However Oily foods can do a lot of nasty stuff to you it is excessive oil in the food that can make you obese, skin prone, heat prone as well as serve you with the digestive system it may feel tasty to you but it affects badly on your health. Fast food junk food restaurants are often cooked in hydrogenated oils, which are high in trans-fat but they are not good for your health. it increases your cholesterol and blood pressure.
However, it is important to differentiate between these artificial trans fat. That occurs naturally in foods like meat and dairy products. Fried foods are often cooked in processed vegetable seed oils. If these oil heated. It turned into acid fat which is associated with a number of health problems. including increased risk of several diseases. It seems that the higher you intake, the more you risk.
Instead of high calories oil. we must use coconut oil, olive oil, and avocado oil they are the healthiest oil. Cooking oil that contains a high amount of polyunsaturated fats are far less stable and known to form acrylamide. when exposed to high heat canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil these oils are processed and they are commonly used by restaurants. As they tend to be cheaper you should avoid these oil for deep frying because consuming these oil can cause negative health effects. Therefore it best to avoid and limit your intake of fried foods.
Good food is everything
Unfortunately, we often crave the wrong foods. There are some beverages and food which should not be a part of your regular diet. Junk food effects can include obesity certain sorts of diseases can cause cancer, chronic inflammation. There are several ways to hydrate and energize after playing sports. but energy drinks can do more harm than good. They contain a potentially dangerous amount of sugar, caffeine, and carbohydrates which causes headaches, insomnia, and high blood pressure.
If you take Coconut water. It will be beneficial after a workout. If you want to consume a beverage with fruity flavor. Make sure it’s a small serving of 100 percent fruit juice.
However fast food and junk foods are a common term of all kinds of food that are rich in energy because they contain a lot of fat and sugar as well as salt but are relatively low in other important nutrients such as protein, fiber calcium, minerals, and vitamins.
Lacking vitamins affect health
Lack of vitamins such as vitamins A and C and minerals such as magnesium and calcium encourage the development of deficiency diseases due to the high intake of sugar.
Disadvantages of unwise food children make it hard to eat healthy foods in later life, it can inhibit participation in extracurricular activities. Because it doesn’t provide adequate nutrients for physical activity.
usually, adults, children who eat junk unhealthy foods are at risk of initiating depression even without obesity. It also results in a higher risk of suicide.
